Yesterday authorities arrested Justin Bell at a relative’s house after he left his child in the car to run from the police… According to WRAL… Bell was sitting inside a vehicle in the parking lot of the First Citizens Bank on Kildaire Farm Road around 10:30 p.m. when police said he gave them a false name and told them he was waiting for some one… He then ran away, leaving his 6-month-old baby in the vehicle… (Fortunately) The baby is OK and has been returned to the mother.
