A former Louisville police officer responsible for the shooting death of Breonna Taylor has been rehired in the state of Kentucky. Myles Cosgrove, who was fired from the force in January 2021, was hired by the Carroll County Sheriff's Office. Chief Deputy Rob Miller defended the hire, saying, "We felt like he was a good candidate to help us in our county."
