HOKE COUNTY (WTVD) – Hoke County Sheriff Hubert Peterkin has charged the third suspect involved in a fatal home invasion Monday.
Authorities have charged 20-year-old Oseas Santiago Jr. of Fayetteville, along with 20-year-old Richard David Perez of Fayetteville and 17-year-old Justin Ryan Vasquez of Raeford, in connection with 31-year-old Nicolas Bekiaris’ death.
Authorities say Bekiaris was shot in the upper body area during the home invasion and later died from his injuries.
