It seems like everyone and their mamma is getting a reality show these days. Gospel singer and pastor Marvin Sapp is preparing to bring his life as a single father to a TV screen in your home.
Sapp has agreed to star in a new reality TV show that will highlight his life after losing his wife of 20 years to colon cancer. The reality show “Marvin Sapp: Single Dad” will show Sapp’s day to day life raising his three children and also pastoring his church.
The show has not found a home yet, but it is currently being shopped and could possibly begin airing this fall.
Hopefully, the show will shed light on the trials and tribulations of single fatherhood. I know I am looking forward to seeing something different in the reality tv spectrum that reflects REAL life. Not jus scripted TV filled with cat fights, back stabbing, and over sensationalized drama.
