The divorce between Deion Sanders and Pilar Sanders is getting superugly. After both parties making reports about the other being abusive, Deion Sanders is desperately trying to unload his Dallas condo for way under the fair market value.
The condo was put on the market right after Pilar Sanders blew their divorce proceedings out of the water with allegations Deion and his aunt attacked her in her own home. Deion’s condo is located in the ritzy section of Dallas in the Azure building. Many celebrities call the Azure building home. Deion Sanders put his luxury apartment on the market for $4.8 million. However, according to the building, the unit is worth $6.5 million. Besides selling the condo for less than market value, Deion is also trying to speed up the sale of the abode by doing some last minute renovations.

Hopefully, Deion Sanders really makes money off the sale of the condo because he was just ordered to pay $10,000 a month in child support and $275,000 for Pilar Sanders’ attorney’s fees.
