Hurricane Sandy Effects On NC

Hurricane Sandy may not touch down in North Carolina but it’s effects will still be felt. The hurricane caused some snow in Boone 8am this morning. A combination of rain, snow and temperatures that will not get out of the 30s will make for a miserable couple of days for the far north and west reaches of the state.
