I guess when you are used to getting arrested you get comfortable with the procedure and have no problem falling asleep in the police car. DMX was arrested this past week for DUI in South Carolina, driving a green 1978 Plymouth Station wagon. The arrest was caught on camera and you see DMX rap his ABC’s during his sobriety test after telling the officer he only had one drink and license are suspended…and yes after getting handcuffed and placed in the police car Mr. Earl Simmons passed out. This arrest may have saved his life because he may have passed out sleep behind the wheel of the station wagon if he had not been stopped. I pray DMX get it together before it’s too late.
