The MLB has come down heavy on its players for their involvement with the South Florida clinic Biogenesis. Alex Rodriguez along with 12 other baseball players, three of them being All-Stars, have been suspended. A-Rod through the end of the 2014 season and the others for 50 games.
Those suspended include:

Nelson Cruz (Texas Rangers)
Everth Cabrera (San Diego Padres)
Jhonny Peraita (Detroit Tigers)
And
Antonio Bastardo (Phillies)
Francisco Cervelli (Yankees)
Jordany Valdespin (Mets)
Jesus Montero (Mariners)
Cesar Puello (Mets)
Sergio Escalona (Astros)
Fernando Martinez (Yankees)
Fautino De Los Santos (Free Agent)
