Wake County Board of Elections (BOE) would like to remind voters that the deadline to register to vote or update voter registration information for the Tuesday, October 8, 2013, election is Friday, September 13, 2013. All voter registration applications must be postmarked on or before, or hand delivered to the BOE office, 337 S. Salisbury Street, Raleigh, by 5 p.m. on Friday, September 13.
The deadline to request an absentee ballot for the October 8 election is Tuesday, October 1, 2013, at 5 p.m. The October 8 election is for City of Raleigh, Town of Cary, Wake County Board of Education, Wake County School Bond referendum and the City of Raleigh Transportation Bond.
