R. Kelly fans in Monroe, Louisiana who attended a concert are highly upset because it seems as if they were tricked into thinking R. Kelly was performing when in fact it may have been an impersonator. The promoter is offering half price refunds to people who purchased tickets to Ced’s All Black Affair Birthday Extravaganza. Some fans paid as much as $150 to see the Pied Piper but instead of seeing Robert Kelly it may have been Reggie Kelly that hit the stage. I wonder what Mr. Step In The Name Of Love has to say about this……
