Congratulations may be in order for Kendrick Lamar and his highschool sweetheart, Whitney Alford. The two have been an item for 10 years, way before Kendrick’s music career took off.
Whitney was spotted rocking a massive ring. Although their relationship has never been announced to the public, they aren’t keeping each other a secret as they have attended several award shows together.
Whitney also contributed background vocals on Kendrick’s latest album “To Pimp A Butterfly”. Kendrick did speak on Whitney back in a 2013 interview answering a question of “who keeps him in check” saying, “a lady friend who has known me since high school. She has always been someone, since day one, who has said something whenever I’m an asshole, or also if I’m doin’ something positive.”
