Singer Kelis has been seen sporting a baby bump recently and had been pretty mum about her pregnancy until recently. She sat down with People magazine to discuss her second child, and her new cookbook “My Life on a Plate”.
The Milkshake singer is eight months pregnant and is expecting to deliver in November. Kelis’ older son Knight is excited about becoming a big brother. She explains “I was like, we’re going to have another baby in the family,’ so now he’s like, ‘I can’t wait. I’m going to teach the baby everything’ He’s all about it. He talks to my stomach all day long.”
On her son’s excitement, she says:
[He’s] really funny. He’s very grown up about everything. He was like, ‘Congratulations, Mama,’ like a friend [and] patted me on the back.
