Rapper Rich Homie Quan was arrested in Georgia on Saturday for suspicion of possession of a stolen firearm and drugs, and has now officially been charged with felony drug possession with intent to distribute.,

The rapper was scheduled to perform in Wadley Georgia when he was pulled over and arrested by Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department. Reps from the sheriff’s office stated that Quan’s charges are for possession of a Schedule 1 drug, which includes weed under federal law.

He will head to a bond hearing on June 2. If convicted he could ace up to thirty years for the felony charge.
