The Detroit Pistons have acquired power forward Blake Griffin from the Los Angeles Clippers, in exchange for Tobias Harris, Avery Bradley, C. Boban Marjanovic, and a 1st-round pick. Griffin, 28, is one of the NBA’s better big men and re-signed with the Clippers on a huge 5-year deal last off season.
Griffin was the face of the Clippers following Chris Paul’s departure, but he’s suddenly headed to Detroit, where he will be under contract through the 2021-2022 season.
