As we reported earlier, Russell Simmons has been battling with a woman, by the name of Jennifer Jarosik, in a five million dollar rape case.
Earlier this month Simmons responded to the case saying that his accuser in fact sent nudes and texts to him after the alleged incident took place. He also went on to say that the Jarosik was just out to extort him and was seeking money.
According to TMZ, this case was dismissed Wednesday morning without prejudice, which most likely means there was a settlement of some sort.
