Kodak Black is in jail again! The rapper is back in a Florida jail, and will have to sit there at least until September. On Wednesday, a judge ruled that Kodak must remain behind bars until a trial begins. Kodak was arrested at the Rolling Loud festival earlier this month when officers discovered that there were warrants out for him after being indicted for giving false statements on federal gun applications .
The rapper had requested to be released on bail in order to travel to South Carolina and handle a sexual assault case that has been pending for a while. Prosecutors and the judge agreed that Kodak was too dangerous to be released before trial.
He is also being lined to a March shooting…SMH
