The song that many can’t get out of their heads, including children and their parents, plan to make a new animated television series with #Nickelodeon.
Yesterday, the makers of the viral song #BabyShark announced that they struck a deal with the entertainment company behind the song. The Vice President for Nickelodeon animation said that it makes sense to capitalize on the stratospheric popularity on one of 10 most viewed videos on YouTube ever with more than 2.8 billion views. The song has also been on the #Billboard Top 100 for 20 consecutive weeks.
Not only will there be a television series, the company did mention that they are rushing products to stores associated with the new series. A company named WowWee sold baby shark singing toys on Amazon last year and the entire stock was sold out within two days! The song has captured the attention of celebrity parents including #CardiB , #ChanceTheRapper , #TyraBanks and #KylieJenner ! We are looking forward to the series and the success that comes with this.
