TMZ is reporting that Ray-J was arrested last evening at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel for “trespassing, vandalism, resisting arrest, and battery on a police officer”..…
The arrest stems from a call to the cops reporting Ray-J for sexual battery, but once the cops arrived, they determined Ray J touched a woman’s butt accidentally and there was no cause for further action since it was “incidental.”
Ray J was free to go, but instead decided not the leave the hotel after being asked and so hotel security made a citizen arrest. The BHPD then took Ray J into custody, which pissed off the Moesha star so much that he spit in the officer’s face and kicked out the back window of a police car.
Ray J was later released and is taking the whole thing in stride based on this video.
