A struggling waitress with 5 children received a $12,000 tip but instead of keeping it she turned it over to the police. The officers told her if no one claimed the money in 90 days it was hers………well after 90 days they claimed it was drug money because it smelled of marijuana so she would not get the money but she would receive a $1,000 reward.
