Chris Brown’s bodyguard, Christopher Hollosey, was found guilty after an assault on a male fan back in October. The incident involved Parker Adams, a Howard University student, after he attempted to take a photo with Brown. This resulting in Brown exclaiming “I don’t like that gay s***” and then punching Adams in the face, according to a witness. Hollosey’s Lawyer accuses Adams of using this trial as a means to “get rich,” showing that Adam’s medical fees are worth only a few thousand, not the $3 million that he is suing Brown and Hollosey for. Adam’s claims that he did not use this incident to get right and only knew about the monetary amounts via the news.

Brown is facing his trial later today. If found guilty of misdemeanor assault, the judge in his case involving the battery of R&B singer Rihanna can revoke his probation and he can face up to 4 years in prison. Currently, Chris Brown’s probation has been put on hold since his arrest. His 750 hours of community service, which could have been completed mid-October, are now scheduled to be completed in 2015.
