Roc Nation artist J. Cole made his way to Ferguson, MO to pay his respects to Mike Brown and to speak to the citizens in the community last week after dropping a tribute song “Be Free”. Wiz Khalifa and Young Jeezy took to the stage at their St. Louis, MO tour stop Tuesday to show support. Hip Hop Vet Talib Kweli took to twitter to explain why he was headed to Ferguson and why other Hip Hop artist should support Ferguson. Some of the reasons included the need to direct attention from the very small amount of looters to the true community protesters and the fact that people need to see that our leaders are more than Al and Jesse.
