The diva of all divas, Mariah Carey, has struck again, displaying the most flawless shade of 2016..
Last night she returned to Watch What Happens Live with the ever-so-messy, Andy Cohen, and they played a game of “Does! She! Know! Her!?” — an homage to her classic and timeless “I Don’t Know Her” J-Lo shade from years ago.
Who doesn’t Mariah Carey know? Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, and she still doesn’t recall J-Lo. For the sake of being positive, though, she does acknowledge Lady Gaga, and Taylor Swift. She also admits to having met Miley Cyrus once.. in a bathroom.. even though they have performed at the same event…. Take it how you like.

Lady Gaga
“Well, she came to my show,” explained Carey. “She was very sweet. She came to my Christmas show at the Beacon Theatre. She came there and we had a nice conversation. Well, we’ve met. And we’ve had a good conversation in my dressing room. It was very sweet and I enjoyed the moment.”
Ariana Grande
“What about Ariana Grande? Do you know her?” asked Cohen.
“No,” dead-panned Carey.
“When I looked at her early in the career, I kinda thought, ‘Wow, this is an homage to Mariah a little bit,’” said Cohen. “Did you feel that?”
“Child, I don’t know when early in the career was,” said Carey with a straight face.
Taylor Swift
“Very nice girl. Met her once. She was really sweet. She came up to me.”
Madonna
“Never had a conversation with her.”
Katy Perry
“Nice girl. She came to my show as well.”
Britney Spears
“I love Britney Spears,” said Carey, smiling and showing more enthusiasm for Spears than anyone else.
“She said recently that she likes to paint in the nude listening to Mariah,” shared Cohen, making Carey laugh.
Miley Cyrus
“Uh, I think we met in a bathroom with, I don’t know. I don’t know,” said Carey.
Demi Lovato
Later in the show, Cohen addressed Demi Lovato, who earlier this year said Carey “disses people” and that the way she treats Lopez is “nasty.” “What would you say to Demi?” asked Cohen.
“I don’t know her either, and so I wouldn’t say anything to her,” explained Carey. “She should come up, introduce herself to me, say, ‘Here’s my opinion. What do you think about it?’ That’s how you handle s—, okay?”
