The Bravo TV star announced she was preggers a few weeks ago, and was recently caught out having a nice ol’ nicotine stick.
Kim, who is in her first trimester obviously thinks that smoking while pregnant is cool….I’d be willing to bet any amount of money that she still gets drunk every night too. SMH #dobetter boo!!!!
