A resurfacing project in downtown Raleigh begins today and could create delays for drivers. Workers will be resurfacing a 1.2-mile section of Blount and Person streets between Edenton Street and Hoke Street. Traffic near Moore Square and Shaw University could be impacted, but the project will not be going on during morning or evening hours. (your lunch break will be affected the most)
