The winning $245 MILLION Powerball ticket was sold, and unfortunately it wasn’t to me…LOL…The winning ticket was sold in Connecticut and is the largest lottery prize in the state’s history.
The ticket for Wednesday’s drawing was sold in Fairfield County and lottery officials are waiting for the winner to come and claim their winning prize.
The winner has the option of choosing between a $254 million annuity paid over 29 years or a lump sum of nearly $152 million in cash
The winning numbers were 2-14-34-39-46, and the Powerball was 36. The player has until April 12, 2012 to claim their prize.
