N.C. — .Authorities say three people are dead and two injured, including the gunman, after a shooting at a lumber company in Montgomery County.
Sheriff Dempsey Owens says four people were shot early Friday in the McBride Lumber Co. just north of Star. Owens says three people were killed, and one was flown to a hospital.
He says the gunman shot himself at his home and was taken to a hospital. Authorities haven’t released the names of the victims.
