Ludacris just scored a major victory in court! The family court judge granted him primary physical custody of his 1-year-old daughter.
Luda and his former flame Tamika Fuller bitterly battled in an Atlanta courthouse over who the child would live with. Fuller even accused Ludacris of trying to bribe her with $10,000 to abort the child.
After a careful review of all of the evidence the judge ruled that living with Luda was the best interest of the child. In a statement to TMZ Luda said “I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter.”
