Beyonce and Jay-Z have been house hunting since they were forced out of their $45 millon Holmby Hills, CA home earlier this year. They were leasing the home and the owner decided to put it on the market and sell it.
According to TMZ, the Carters have found a new crib and signed a 1-year lease on another $45 million home.
This crib is 20,00 square feet and has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, an Olympic sized swimming pool, a gourmet kitchen, and a spa and steam room.
