Many are upset about the results of the presidential election, which took place on Tuesday. Many Hillary Clinton supporters, including Lady Gaga, Sia, and Pink have taken steps to try to still get her in office. The pop giants signed a Change.org petition asking the electoral college voters to cast their vote for Cliton instead of Trump. About 3 Million have signed thus far.

“If you feel scared about the current state of American politics and Whitehouse [sic] sign this petition,” Gaga said on Twitter.
This act of protest addresses the electoral college in particular, or 538 electors of various states across the country, saying that Trump is “unfit” to be president. “On December 19, the Electors of the Electoral College will cast their ballots,” the petition argues.” If they all vote the way their states voted, Donald Trump will win. However, they can vote for Hillary Clinton if they choose. Even in states where that is not allowed, their vote would still be counted, they would simply a small fine – which we can be sure Clinton supporters will be glad to pay!”
