Tank, who’s real name is Durrell Babbs, is being taken to court by a music producer who says the singer stole his original work!
Kerry Marshall, also known as Kerry 2Smooth, is accusing Tank of passing off the song “Only One” as his own on the album “Savage.” The lawsuit includes Tank, J. Valentine, and Atlantic Records.
Kerry says he is the lead guitarist for the Black Eye Peas and other singers, as well as a artist developer, producer, and member of the recording academy.
