President Trump can’t block Twitter users from viewing his prolific feed, a federal judge ruled Wednesday.

A judge in a Manhattan Federal court has ruled that Donald Trump can not block users on Twitter. Judge Naomi Buchwald ruled that Trump’s twitter account is a “designated public forum” and protected by the First Amendment.

The judge’s ruling stated “Blocking of the plaintiffs based on their political speech constitutes viewpoint discrimination that violates the First Amendment.”

Trump has not yet tweeted about the decision.
