Atlanta housewife Cynthia Bailey got married this past weekend and it was full of drama. Lisa Wu Hartwell did not show up to the wedding with the rest of the housewives and rumors circulated that she was no longer part of the show. Reports now say that she and Bravo have split ways over “creative differences”.
Lisa, who is also a real estate agent and wife to NFL player Ed Hartwell, did not have enough drama to remain on the drama filled show that captivates viewers.
A source close to Atlanta Housewives production says, “They basically wanted to script elements of Lisa’s life and make her amp up the drama. She wasn’t with that at all. Lisa felt like if her real life alone wasn’t enough for the network, then maybe it was time for her to go.”
Don’t worry Lisa will be included on 3 episodes in the upcoming season but will not be featured on the season three photos or opening credits.
The ex housewife says she feels good about leaving the show and already has a few projects lined up including two movies. She also debuted her first book during this years Essence Music Festival.
