Writing via his Twitter page, Skillz explained the delay and admitted being shocked by the amount of people upset about its release.

Here’s what’s been tweeted about it:

“@50cent send me ya email so we can tho the 2010 Rap Up on thisis50.com,” Skillz tweeted on New Year’s Eve.

“Wait??? Yall really mad??”

“Yall funny. The reason you don’t have the song is becuz its not mixed yet.”

“I wdve gave it to u 2nite,,,but I had a show in philly. & u NEW FOOL if u thot I wd miss a show 2 go mix a song dat u don’t even pay 4..FOH” (Skillz’s Twitter)

Last October, Skillz told SOHH.com that he planned to add Kat Stacks to the “Rap-Up.”

“She’s definitely going to be in the ‘Rap-Up,'” Skillz promised SOHH. “I’m not sure how many bars she’s gonna get, she’s definitely going to be in there. It’s just, I caught onto it late because I don’t really pay attention to that kind of sh*t. I hit up some of the hip-hop blogs for the music so the gossip sh*t I rarely get into, but once it bleeds over, I might backtrack. She’s definitely going to be in there but it’s just odd to me because we all play a big part in it because we made it important. It’s like for Kat Stacks, it’s f*cked up because she’s important but if a plane hit a building tomorrow, Kat Stacks wouldn’t be that important.”
