SHOWTIME SAYS…
Durham police say that a woman was shot in the chest earlier today and taken to Duke Hospital where she died from her injuries.
The shooting took place on the 1100 block of Spruce and is being called “suspicious” by police even though few details have been released.
No arrests have been made in the shooting, but police did say that it took place less than a mile away from a home where two small children were shot last week while they were playing.
