A U.S. Judge ordered rapper Chris Brown on Monday to remain behind bards for allegedly breaching his probation stemming from his 2009 assault of his on and off again girlfriend, singer Rihanna. Brown was arrested Friday after being kicked out of his rehab facility in Malibu, authorities say he will stay in custody until his probation violation hearing on April 23. Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos asked if Brown would be allowed to begin another rehab program immediately, but prosecutor Mary Murray opposed saying “He put himself in Custody”. Brown was kicked out after making an inappropriate comment during a group session, as well as touching and standing close to a female client:.
