Dipset member Jim Jones has officially jumped over to the Roc after inking a deal with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation earlier today. Capo posted pics on his IG page that show him and Vic Medina of Roc Nation standing with a bottle of D’usse
Medina also posted IG pics of his own that show Jim signing the deal to be represented by the company that his former arch nemesis owns. A press release detailing the signing states that Roc Nation offered a management deal “to oversee all Jim Jones platforms including music, fashion, acting and more.”
This signing comes about 10 years after Jay and Jim were involved in a very bitter feud that included several diss records.
Jim said:
“The fact that people are ready to forget the past and help me move forward to the next step of my career is very inspiring,” Jones said in the press release. “As you get older you realize that most of your peers are either dead or in jail. The fact that we can move past the BS is a testimony of how much we have grown.”
