According to Complex Magazine, Kanye West is expected to receive an honorary degree, 10 years after the release of “The College Dropout” album.
The self-proclaimed God will obtain a doctorate inside his hometown at the Art Institute of Chicago on May 5th. “Kanye West is a supreme talent with a definite vision and a ridiculous work ethic,” Complex magazine correspondent notes.
It’s no doubt that Yeezy has reached insurmountable levels of success throughout the years. However, at 37, Ye’ sends a empowering message to fans that obtaining a degree still holds a great deal of value and it’s never too late to make that dream a reality.
